Consultation
Your consultation starts with a warm, friendly handshake and welcome. We make every effort to know you. We will spend time
reviewing your medical history to be certain your health history is fully screened.
We need to know what your specific goals are...what you see in your mind's eye. We will discuss all the options available to help you
reach your desired vision. Then, together, we will design a specific plan just for you.

Surgical Facilities
All surgeries are performed in an inviting state of the art, fully accredited out patient surgery center. These facilities are located
within various hospitals throughout Rhode Island and Connecticut. Office based surgery is available for appropriate procedures.
Dr. Maguire is on staff at Westerly Hospital.

Insurance & Surgical Fees
For a cosmetic consultation, our initial fee is $100.00. This fee is applied to the cost for surgery whenever you elect to proceed. Our
practice offers package pricing for your elective cosmetic procedures. Your package includes operating room fees, anesthesia fees,
surgical fees, and follow up office visits. If you were having a breast augmentation it would also include the cost for your implants.
Insurance is an ever-changing issue today. So, please do not hesitate to ask questions. Since Dr. Maguire offers such a broad scope of
services, it is sometimes confusing as to what may be a covered service and what may not.

Office Hours
The office is open; Monday's 2-6, Tuesday's through Friday's 9-5 . Surgery is usually performed on Monday mornings,
Wednesday's, and Friday's. We try to accommodate our patient's needs so if a surgery day doesn't fit your schedule,
then we will work with you to find a day that will.

Spa Hours
The Medi-Spa is open Wednesday's 9-1, Thursday's 3-7, Friday's 9-5. Saturday's are for Spa Parties or Bridal Parties
